        Some say its a little too far to travel to see a doctor but if you want the best PCP there is then you'll make the driveI have been a patient of Dr Gecht since 1988 when i use to live is Staten Island ...i now live in Delaware ...i call it a u-turn ...and will make the 3 hr trip because he is the best ...

        Dr Gecht is hands down one of the best diagnostician s I have ever come across. Has been my primary (and the family's go to) for over 15 years. Great sense of humor but doesn't joke around when it comes to your health...he'll yell at you for not following directions and take it easy with you when u do. Adore him!! Usually No long waits and pleasant atmosphere. Office staff is friendly and helpful when u need, but terrible when it comes to answering calls (they always return calls quickly), and usually not very accommodating or timely with getting me the paperwork I need easily (..unless it's their policies that need some flexibility) Building relationships with key staff helps. Highly recommend.
