Horrible company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Horrible installation, horrible units, horrible people.

Avoid using Bruno at all costs! Bruno installed both my compressor and my air handler - total cost: $19,000 and gave me receipts for both including a 10 year parts and labor warranty. In addition he verbally assured me - "Any problems, just call me". This is my second summer with the system and it just doesn't get cool enough and my electric bills are higher than ever. After many failed attempts to get him back here, I called another contractor who tested my system and found there is a refrigerant leak in the system. He measured the pressure at 7.2% and said it should be much higher. He advised me that it would be time consuming and very expensive to find the leak and fix it. He advised me to call the person who installed it - that he would be the best person to find it. Of course, that would be useless and now I am stuck with spending $19,000 and an A/C system that doesn't cool satisfactorily. I would be all right with making amends if he would just come here and find the leak and fix it. Service: Install AC

We used Bruno to install new mini-split units in our home as part of a renovation. There were many problems initially- leaks and sloppy work around the units on the wall that Bruno returned to address. He blamed the issues on our other subcontractor. We have since had ongoing issues and twice had to have repairs- we moved onto another company because of our experience. Both technicians said this was the worst installation they had seen. Parts missing, pipes not insulated, and improper mounting. To make matters worse, they told us that we should have been given registration info by technician who installed. Because we werent, our warranty is shorter. I would warn anyone to avoid Bruno AC. Service: Install AC

I had a central air conditioner installed by this company. The job was very sloppy. Mr Bruno installed the unit and placed the pipes in front of my water heater. There is no way for me to replace my water heater without removing the pipes that was placed in front of it. Mr Bruno said that he will come back and relocate the pipes. It's been three weeks and several calls and E_mail were made to him and no response to date. I am very disappointed with the services rendered by this company. Please do not pay until all your work is completed satisfactory because they will not show up to correct any problem. I now have to have someone come in to relocate the pipes.
