Right on time! Alex a tech of Best New York Heating and AC Repair arrived and was able to find the problem that was with my air conditioning would not stay on in a few minutes, we discussed the quote and what exactly needs to be fixed- 15 minutes later my air conditioning is as good as new! Carl is great - he was the only one who would fix my problem that the ac did not ignite (some people complained that they needed a 2nd person or whatever excuses) Anyway, he got the part super quick, came on time, was friendly, efficient. He is an honest guy - he even gave me suggestions on a new range because I need a new one! Thanks to Best New York Heating and AC Repair.

My air conditioner would not shut off and I called Best New York Heating and AC Repair and Robert came over the next morning right away. He was super helpful and explained that he could take apart the air conditioner and it would cost $120. He did fix the problem. I appreciate honesty and him not suggesting all of these repairs that were unnecessary. I will definitely call Best New York Heating and AC Repair again!

Arrived at my place within an hour of my calling. Fast service! Fixed my air conditioning that was not blowing cold. He even vacuumed out my air conditioning. He already had the parts with him and his prices were very reasonable. I will use Best New York Heating and AC Repair again in the future.
