I worked at this center for over 4 years. Since then, Ive moved on to a job in my field, and have worked several other jobs in between. To this day, it is the hardest and most taxing job I have ever worked. Childcare is often thankless. The hours are long, the work is physically and mentally demanding, and there are so many different things to juggle throughout the day. Children have individual needs, schedules, and all require patience and attention. Keeping up with all of those things is not for the weak; so the staff that continue to show up every day, do so because they care about children and education deeply. Many of the people I worked with had families of their own to go home to and take care of at night, after spending their workday caring tirelessly for others children. There is a reason so many families choose to bring their children to COA. Many loved it so much that they would continue to enroll new additions to their families, stay for summer programs, and recommend the center to their friends. The staff are attentive, kind, and deeply passionate about providing the best care for your children. They routinely go above and beyond what anyone would expect of them, simply because they care. I have maintained close relationships with many of my old coworkers, several of which have stayed with the company for years. They are some of the best teachers and carers out there. They all continually praise the new director, Marjorie, for her dedication, patience, and the care she takes with the employees, families, and children. If you're looking for high quality care, with teachers who want your children to succeed in a safe and loving environment, this is where you want to send them.

I dont have to enroll or have communications with anyone to know how you guys treat my friends child. So yes 1 star it is! Do better!
