Nick was such an integral part in the process of my husband and I finding the perfect first home! After finding a home we loved, Nick had us pre-approved and offer ready within a few hours. As a first time home buyer, the process can be so overwhelming, but Nick and his team made it so streamlined and simple. He goes above and beyond to talk you through different buying options based on the home price and condition, and even sent me new homes on the MLS he thought fit our needs. Nick secured us the lowest mortgage rate I have heard of, so low we wondered if it was too good to be true for the times we are in! He was available any time of day and made it obvious he had our best interest at heart throughout the entire process. He even came to our closing to wish us luck, something that I think speaks to how much he cares about his clients! The biggest thank you to Nick for all he has done to help us secure our new home and will definitely work with him again in the future!

My wife and I used Nick and we couldn't have been happier. He helped support us in search of our house by sending us daily properties to consider. He provided us with pros, cons and strategies for approaching the houses given the market. He was in constant communication whenever we had a question or issue. He even came to our closing to help support us in the process of the house we chose. He got us the best mortgage rate that we could find after going through several other avenues. Nick from All-Island was simply amazing! I nervously called on a Wednesday and in 10 minutes Nick had a great plan and I was in a better mood. Nick not only talked me through all the numbers but texted me all the details we talked about. Fast forward 20 hours later and all the paperwork was in and our plan was in action. A couple of weeks later and were debt free! It was seamless and Nick kept a back and forth communication going every step of the way! Not only is Nick an expert in his field but he excels in communication and people skills. Give him a call if you have any questions, you wont be sorry!
