Quite incompetent. They did the wrong test. I still charged for it. Blaming everybody else for their mistake. Luckily, I have other options with my insurance.

Nobody at the front to greet or answer questions. Staff walks around totally ignoring people and the little interaction I heard between the staff and an older patient seemed rude and dismissive.

Made an appointment online for my 9 month old daughter. Brought her in at 12:45pm for a 1:00pm appointment. Waited an hour past my appointment time to find out they could not take my daughters blood due to missing pieces. Also, there are NO STAFF there to help. Do not go here. The worst experience and Mitch may be the least professional person I've ever met.

Ive been using this location for test for past 3 years and its been ok like a 3 star out of 5. On 1/6/2023, I came and waited for my turn, the receptionist was extremely impolite and drove away at least 4 patients, someone even only walked up asking simple question such as how do I sign in and got yelled at.
