        The wait times are long and to add on to that, they have reduced their banking hours and now open one hour later. Typical banking hours are 9 to 5, but this BOFAs lobby hours are 10 to 4! Very inefficient and frustrating to bank with them.

        By far the worst Bank of America Ive ever been to. Anesha was the rudest, snottiest teller I have ever encountered. This is after a 25 minute wait to make 3 business deposits. Would not recommend this location.
