      image I had my fund transferred more than one week ago to Trustco. The money already in my checking account and they said they cannot issue a cashier check for me! They don't know how to handle cashier check. I don't have any problem to have a cashier check from Bank of America and get it in 10 min without processing fee. But for Trustco they will charge $6 and I spent more than 20 minutes there and finally they could not give me one. I would hesitate to do business with them again, especially the branch on 1700 Union Street, Schenectady. Later today I went to the other Trustco bank which is two block away and they issue me a cashier check in couple minutes. I would say it all depends on which branch you go to.
