Past resident here. Absolutely loved my apartment! Only moved out due to purchasing a home. If your looking for a great place to call home, this is it! They are brand new apartments in what used to be a school with great prices for what you get. The on-site management and maintenance team are terrific! Would recommend to all!!!

Been here for awhile now, love it! Apartment is perfect. Residents are friendly and quiet. Staff is helpful as can be when needed. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Ive been living at Draper for almost 4 years and i absolutely love living here. The staff is very nice and helpful. If i need anything fixed or looked at in my place the staff is on top of it. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

I have lived here for one year with my husband and our large dog. We have had a fantastic experience here. The interiors of these apartments are all recently renovated and beautiful. The building itself is a renovated school, so we have large windows with lots of natural light. The maintenance worker, Will, is so friendly and very efficient. The cleaning staff, Property Manger (Dave) and Office Manager (Sarah) are very warm and personable. They are very responsive to emails and other inquiries. They are always willing to answer questions or have a friendly conversation. The location is Schenectady, so take it what you will, there has been some disputes in the homes across the streets, but nothing caused or having to do with Draper Lofts. Our apartment is very quiet, which is a huge plus. Always plenty of parking. Multiple laundry/dryer rooms throughout the building which is also convenient. Super happy here and would recommend to anyone!
