Amazing customer service with Remon. Not only did he help me print pictures for an embroidery project, he took a personal interest in what I was doing. And when I recently went back to print some charts, he took the time to make sure they came out perfect. Very much appreciated all his help and expertise.

This is insane they used to be an outdoor FedEx drop off box on Central avenue. They open the store they have no outdoor box and their closed on Sunday. The next closest location is an indoor box that's also closed on Sunday. Why does the FedEx want anyone's business on Sunday?

I really dont enjoy giving businesses such bad reviews, but like many of the other reviews say, some members of the staff are incredibly rude. I would avoid this location if you can

I was instructed we dont take apple pay, however my debit card is what is charged. I asked for clarity. The young man proceeded
to explain - what the difference is. However, it was a chore for him to do so. Its tone and delivery was nice nasty. I can only assume he was having a bad day. At any rate - he did his job - but it was extremely unwelcoming and I left in my feelings as if I did something wrong. Which I did not - still, customer service could have been better.
Hope you could maybe - be more welcoming and understanding when a customer asks for clarity.
