I came to the store no one was there I waited and came back still no one I called and the phone almost seemed disconnected it would just drop the call. So then I drive all the way up to lake George for the door to be locked at 2pm and the girl working there looked at me and proceeded to ignore me . I then tried calling the store and once again dropped. Do not shop here. What a nightmare of a business they are running.

Went to the store on January 1st signed said they would open at noon waited around until 1230 and no one showed. Went back on January 8th at noon sign now says open at 2. We tried you twice you won't get us up 3rd time

Was asked to leave because I did not have a mask on.  I left and returned with mask and returned the $500 in sunglasses that I purchased recently (without a mask I might add).

A very strange way to run a business as it's always closed. I called the same business in the Lake George outlets and no one answered on a Saturday afternoon. Apparently, they can remain in business without customers. Defies any business model I ever heard of.
