Empire Visionworks Wilton Square

This location has poor service and some not all of the staff are rude. I have difficulty actually reaching a person when it's time to reorder, they allowed prescriptions to run out before telling customers they are due for an exam. I didn't have a problem when it came to getting glasses but ordering contacts has been a nightmare. It took almost a month to get contacts. They even lost my order once! I Highly recommend going somewhere else, I plan on it!

First time at the place. Doctor and staff were very friendly. Never felt rushed with picking out glasses and sunglasses. Also made sure we got the best deal on our insurance with what was picked out. Thank you!

The selection at this store is somewhat limited but the staff and company policy, i suppose, have been so great to me that I'm giving them 5 stars. They've helped me out of a jam 3x now over the past year. First, I ordered contacts from someplace else and they were late and i needed them for vacation. I got an emergency set from Saratoga visionworks. Next, I ran out of the house in a hurry without them in my eyes and stopped by the Clifton Park store. They found a set close enough to my script to get me home safely. Then a couple weeks ago, I thought I had one stuck up in my eye and stopped by the Saratoga store. They fit me in with the Dr and he checked it out for me. None of this cost me a dime. With the healthcare system the way it is these days, I'm thankful for the little things. I really appreciate how they've treated me. Thank you Empire Visionworks.
