surprisingly wonderful service. went today to get a simple lens repair, they worked on it for about 10 minutes and to my suprise they charged absolutely nothing.

I'm not one that likes going to the eye doctor as a matter of fact I've put it off a few years to long .. But I will stay on top of my yearly visits & never go anywhere else

I spent almost an hour trying to get ahold of somebody at the store. Was hung up on twice by customer service and never actually talk to somebody at the store. I called the third time and actually spoke to a representative and was told she sent a message to the store and have someone call me back and answer to my question. Very difficult to find out information out of actual store location when you can't speak to somebody at the store. Customer service in the store needs to be improved greatly as far as responding from the phone calls from customers.
