This company is very reliable, highly professional and extremely helpful to homeowners, investors and renters. Quincy is a great negotiator and possess an ability to deal with difficult tenants. This is in addition to dealing with different city agencies and programs namely DOB, HPD, DHS, section 8 and CityFheps.

I just have to say that Ive been through a lot this past your but meeting this great man named Mr. Quincy that is a part of this company as been a true blessing. Mr. Quincy has gone above and beyond for me what no other broker nor even person would have done. The first property we saw and was hoping to settle in decided last minute to go another route but that didnt stop Mr. Quincy less than a half hour later he was calling me to go look at another property the one I can and my children can call home. We need more people and companies like this one. I will forever be thankful for him.
