Found a home on Zillow and this agency were the listing agents for the home. Dennis from Leatherman homes asked me for all my information on my pre approval and bank statements prior to even speaking to me. Once that was given they kept asking me if I was a real estate agent, and when it was confirmed I wasnt they Sent me some legal forms to esign before I could even schedule a tour of the home. They gave me a date to see the home, and then told me that I could only see the first floor. I asked at least for pictures of the portion of the home I couldnt see and I got no response. Regardless they sent me a text a little more than an hour before the showing after I cleared my schedule telling me that I couldnt see the home that day. What an absolute unprofessional agency and a waste of time. For sellers- please do not work with this agency as you will lose potential cash buyers. For buyers, dont waste your time with homes listed by this group.
