My husband and I are fortunate enough to have worked with Erin on 3 different transactions over the years and she was absolutely wonderful to work with each time. Erin is very talented, knowledgeable, empathetic, and patient. She approaches each decision with data and offers calculated guidance while also remaining warm and personable through the process. She has a fantastic eye and impeccable attention to detail. Buying or selling a house can be extremely stressful but Erin made each experience as easy as possible, went above and beyond for us, and helped us through to the finish line. I cant say enough good things about Erin and her team and would recommend her a million times over.

Don't waste your time with anyone but Erin. She is what you're looking for. We recently purchased a home in Pittsford while still living in Seattle, Washington. Let me tell you, that would not have been possible without Erin. Erin is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, and has excellent taste. We talked with a number of agents before we started working with Erin. No one offered the level of service and professionalism we found in her. Short Story: Erin is completely outstanding and we would not be in our new home without her.
Slightly less short story: Erin took us on as we attempted to buy our first home in this crazy market. We knew very little but Erin figured out what we liked and didn't like. She guided us through the process and ALWAYS provided her honest opinion. She had the perfect balance of respecting what we wanted but providing her expertise. She never pushed us to up our budget, she never pressured us in any way. She found us the perfect home, I am still in awe of where I get to live because we were lucky enough to work with Erin. She is superb at her job and also a kind and fun person to interact with. I could not have asked for a better person to work with!

Erin is fabulous! She is knowledgeable and well connected. Without her guidance I know we would still be actively searching for a house. She made the whole process of purchasing our new home and selling our previous house go smoothly.
