Spoke with a realtor Michael Liess, with Coldwell, shadiest character ever !! Made me afraid to even consider the listing when I asked why the previous owner had 3 addresses on the same block, and was extremely rude, would not give me any information on the property and when I said "I find it unsettling that you refuse to answer any questions about the property", he said "you don't have to worry because it'll sell for more than you're approved for". ! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MAN OR THIS COMPANY !!! If I could give him, the company less than 1 star I would give minus 10.

Watched a video of one of your realtors talking about breaking and entering a house someone's been residing in. Apparently the house was bought out and there's still people living there ? Either way, from my understanding there's still a process that needs to be done , legally speaking .There's a small child in that house. Completely unprofessional and concerning to know any second someone could just "bust out a window and change the locks" on people who have a toddler in the house.
