Tiffany, and all of Team Hilbert, were excellent to work with during the sale of my home. There was always someone there to answer a question either by email or text - even in the evenings and on weekends. Tiffany checked in and followed up with me all the way through the closing to ensure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend Team Hilbert!

A agent from this company is inundating me with calls, texts, emails despite being asked multiple times to cease contact and blocking numbers. It is harassment. I made an inquiry about house for sale weeks ago and this particular agent told me it was sold already. Online there was a showing in the near future and no where did it say it was sold, it may or may not have been. He asked if he could send me alternatives and I said no thank you, that I was searching on my own, did not want to be contacted as it would create additional stress on me as an already burnt out healthcare provider working 50-55 hours/week over the past several months. He then proceeded to compare his job to mine and that he understood long hours because he exercises. HA HA HA! Of course I knew that was a farse long before the investigative report came out late last year. To compare a job like that to mine, even without the hours, is ludicrous. At the time I was empathic with his reduced level of intellect and responded politely, but that was before the harassment ensued. Completely ignorant, inappropriate pragmatic communication, grandiose sense of self importance, and now. Harassment. I have not decided whether or not to contact police.

Re Dan Jones, This arrogant fast talking liar did not do a run through and suggested we contact an attorney to go after seller. Moreover he bad-mouthed other clients to us and insulted our home ... he has a Napoleon Or God like complex ... insecure. He bullied us into using him for a separate condo sale and of course, after promising us to personally handle this after his new agent screwed us up. he did not. He ignored us after the contract was signed, knowing that time was crucial for us. Of course, weeks later, I had to push him to do his job and get us closed since he was not proactive and ignored us after the contract was signed. Had the nerve to claim he moved mountains to get it sold lol. His team listed on MLS, he did nothing... after a couple showings that his team did .. it sold, because was very great price ....he cost me a house i missed out on and then took no accountability and was obnoxiously rude about it. Refused to budge on his commission since he cost us alot of money and i would have to buy another plane ticket to locate another place. True definition of jerk, who thinks he's God's gift to women and the world. Truth is he comes off as insincere and his fake smile reminds me of a car salesman... complaining to NYS...BEWARE of this greedy cad.
