As a staff member, I can say that many of us try our best to take care of our residents. Most of us who work there care a lot about our residents and run hurdles to provide the best we can. We do encounter staffing issues as most nursing homes do. However, we do have dedicated staff that try their best regardless.

This was the only place available for my grandmother to go, now shes rotting away in this place. Just went for a visit with my husband and our baby and nobody told us that her roommate had covid until 25 minutes into our visit. They are keeping the sick residents in the same rooms with those who arent sick letting it spread even further. The place smells horrendous as well. Breaks my heart. My step mothers mom passed away here a few months ago as well and they experienced very unprofessional treatment during the hard time. Try to avoid bringing your loved ones here if possible!!!

Staff is very unprofessional, uncaring, and incompetent. I wouldn't leave a family member here even if it was the last place on earth. Looks can be deceiving, beautifully remodeled on the outside but is ugly on the inside. If you love your family member, don't send them to this place.
