We were referred to this office because of their walk in hours. My son's therapist, Kiki, has been nothing short of amazing. She's got my son actually believing in the power of therapy and helps me to communicate with him too. We also came to this office for med management and we've had a less stellar experience with that. The nurse practitioner my son sees has been, in my opinion, TOO conservative with med management. He also talks down to both me and my son, creating a power struggle during appointments so they are rarely as productive as they could be. He also takes days to put in med refills so we sometimes lapse on important medications. The parking situation is absolute crap. The company that manages the parking garage are out to make a buck in any way that they can, including ticketing vehicles with wheelchair lifts for parking in handicap accessible spots. But the office does have vouchers for parking, so I've never paid for parking during our many appointments. The office staff is always lovely and smiling, and they are always eager to help answer questions in person or on the phone. Overall, I do recommend this office if you're struggling to find help for your child. They accept Child Health Plus, and the walk in hours help to skip the months long wait-list other offices have. They communicate with the staff at my son's school which is so helpful in ironing out those little details that can make or break a kid's day. Minus one star for the nurse practitioner.

Horrible unprofessional place. Tyler Granger as well as Jessica are unprofessional and racist. They simply do not do there job and when you bring it up they will kick you out and label you difficult

I recently contacted your clinic seeking mental health support for a loved one, only to face a disheartening experience. The receptionist, lacking empathy and professionalism, rigidly stated walk-ins were limited to Mondays and Wednesdays with no flexibility or alternative solutions offered. This inflexible policy, combined with the receptionists unhelpful attitude, leaves us with the emergency room as our only recourse. Its disappointing and underscores the need for a review of your patient intake process and staff training to ensure support is accessible and compassionate.
