I had an appointment with Rita two weeks for 2pm. At 230 I decided to call her and ask what gives and she said she was sorry someone called at my time. I had an appointment for new years Eve and once again she blew me off. If you need something signed for parole and you don't want help she's your person. But if u genuinely want help please do yourself a favor and keep looking. Everytime I talked to her that's all she asked was if I was on parlole. No I'm not on effen parlole lady.

Rita is great and understanding and doesn't judge and listens to you about things going I recommend her to new patients.

Cash only business. Saw Rita at 4pm on 11/7 for an evaluation. My appearance date was 12/7. She was given my attorney's phone and fax numbers and recorded them on paper. I called her office at 12:09pm on 12/7, my appearance date, because I had not heard anything from her about my test results. She called me back on 12/8 at 10:13am, saying she didn't get the message until 12/8, which was a valid reason apparently. She said that nothing was faxed to my attorney because she lost his fax number. Clearly your phone works, why didn't you call me to ask for it again? Why didn't you just search for my attorney's office, who's name you were given, on Google? My issue was resolved with absolutely no help from her, and she offered up no apology and took no responsibility for her failure to act professionally. Her response was "the court would have just postponed it until they received her evaluation" as if that would have been received well by the court...I could have been seen as failing to comply and punished for it because of her failure to do the job she was paid to do. For a professional who is responsible for weighing in on legal matters, her handling of the situation is shameful. I would not recommend her to anyone I care about. I paid $185 for absolutely nothing.
