this facility cannot even fax a records request to the right number after being given the fax number multiple times from multiple people, the single word that best describes UR mental health and wellness is, incompetence.

Kevin Coffee will lie straight to you face just to push your buttons, then he'll lie to you over the phone, and when you catch him in the lie he will hang up the phone on you like a you know what.

Its been 8 months of trying to get into see anyone at this facility and they keep making me appointment's that I take a medical cab to go to and when I arrive they tell me they cancelled my appointment. They will quiet literally refuse you service at this facility

just called to get information about services the person answering the phone answered with a combination of rudeness and inconvenience if you don't like your job go get a different one because God knows people are hiring out there lady meanwhile she's your first intake and she did an excellent job at repelling me from asking any further questions how the university and the medical school can see that as a part of good medical practice tells me that they're not about serving
