This is a place that people go when court ordered. If you’re looking for help, they aren’t very capable. It’s like they’re reading a very impersonal script.

Dr. Michael SIMSON Is a humble, but highly respected psychiatrist who has nothing but the best interest of his patients. He has been my provider for six years. He is incredibly intelligent and professional in the highest degree (literally). Negative reviews undoubtedly reflect the opinions of this program prior to Dr. Simson’s direction. I assure you, that however this program fell short-is no longer an issue with him leading the program. As a longtime patient and consumer of mental health services, please trust my testimony. Thank you.

Would rate 0 if I could. Reception staff was highly disrespectful and rude over the phone, scheduling was near impossible. Only managed to see my therapist once during the initial walk-in intake, and then attempting to schedule any appointment afterwards was so miserable that I found a new provider. Until such a time as the reception/phone staff are better trained in how to handle scheduling (and interacting with patients in general), DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Go somewhere else. There are better therapists that won't make you go through this process just to get the help you need.
