Honesty will get you kicked out , they tell you to be honest and that that will have no consequences however once you are honest they will remove you from program and your sol. Better off anywhere else honestly When I had a suicide attempt by OD they discharged me without a hospital trip. Just you can go home now bye. Luckily I had therapists over at strong recovery next door who are amazing who helped me . They lied on some of my notes added things that I never told them. Even my current therapist said she thought it may have been manipulation to get me out-she used to work there. Honestly I 100% recommend strong ties or strong recovery chemical dependency over this place anyday!

By far the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to reaching out for help with my mental health. The back story is that I was hospitalized at strong for mental health and then referred to the program at the partial hospitalization facility with the U Of R. I looked forward to getting into the process, but was sadly mistaken. Katie Gentile, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker did my intake and was the most inconsiderate health care specialist I've dealt with. She completely undermined 4 M.D. diagnosis that they had given me within a 5 year period and told me that I did not have a mental health problem and that it was strictly addiction that I was dealing with. In fact, when I asked if she thought I was struggling with the mental health disorder I've been diagnosed with 4 times, she said "not a chance". I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, especially if Gentile is doing your intake. Very discouraging. I'd like to also let everyone know that she believes that people only have suicidal ideation when "they get caught lying"... complete disaster of a health care professional and she honestly needs to be dismissed from that intake coordinator position.
