        Ive been shopping with this company for over 14 years. When they were located in SouthTowne plaza. Today will be the last day Ill spend my money here. I guess Karen didnt feel like working today. She instantly became frustrated when I asked about my reward points and she had to look it up. Then I asked her about my discount through my job and she rudely stated that I didnt tell her about it. Well it usually shows up when they ask for my number and I never had to tell them about it in the past. Just a really nasty experience and unfortunately they lost a customer today.

        amazing! I bought a pair of Birkenstock shoes that were clearly defective. When I called the company directly they were no help. I brought them back to the store they were super helpful and exchanged them without an issue!
