        Really upsetting that this is the only option for a lot of Rochester locals. Poor service and high prices. Unfortunately like RGE they have a choke hold on their customers so they get to stay in business.

        I have a business that relies on Spectrum internet to function. I understand that from time to time the internet may be down. While this is often the case, Spectrum also regularly performs network upgrades during weekday business hours for most businesses in the Rochester area. System upgrades should be done at night while businesses are closed. This is absolutely not acceptable and causes an extreme loss of revenue for local businesses.
