        My favorite bank in the Greater Rochester area! I’ve had my business banking through them for years. I’ve tried other banks but the service you get at the Panorama Plaza location is exceptional! Crystal is the branch manager and is very much on her game. I feel completely confident in her with all of my banking. The whole team there are just always very courteous and polite. Crystal is always there if you need her or will point in the right direction. If you’re looking around at different banks look no further.

        This branch is OK to deal with in person, but the Citizens website is frequently down and I can't log in to look at my account. At least once a week this happens. It's very disappointing.
