Chase Bank

I went there to cash my paycheck the bank listed on my paycheck was Chase so I thought I could cash it because it is a holiday weekend and I needed to pay bills. I don't have an account with them so they charged me $10 to cash a check written from a business to their Bank. That is so trashy I have never been charged at a legitimate Bank to cash a check. It's like a ghetto check cashing place and I won't ever open account there.

Dont ever go to the bank after hours their ATM machine over works and you can never get in the door to go inside to do your deposit or withdraw money either so after hours find another bank because nothing at this bank works ever

This branch and this bank are just awful. I run a small business and deal with just about all the banks in the area. I always have an issue when I walk through the doors at this bank. They just dont seem to care about customer service at all. They have a poor attitude, bad policys and fees for everything. The smaller local banks are always a pleasure to do business with and chase is always a head ache!
