Very nice renovated apartments in a great location! The maintenance staff are always friendly and quick to help with any issues.

Imagine trying to walk up a poorly lit stairwell holding a 6 month old, groceries, and diaper bag all while in the dark fumbling trying to unlock the door just to walk into your scorching apartment thats 80 degrees because of a faulty ac unit. Then you wake up to loud construction and the very kind maintenance man thanks you for your patience since its been very loud since 9am. You ask him if theyre going to get a light installed and he says oh yes, well take care of that soon. And that was more than a month since weve received that false promise. Also, we were having multiple visits weekly from maintenance workers trying to fix our AC (the exact same nightmare for the furnace over the winter) and the most it works for is about 2 days at a time. The turnover rate on their maintenance staff is astounding and none of them are competent on heating and cooling. The water pressure in this building is the worst Ive ever experienced and Ive lived in more places than I care to admit. But if you have to shower when the rest of the building is getting ready for work, or if you have your dishwasher running, I hope you dont have long hair because its going to be a miserable experience for you. (Yes the tenants in the remodeled units have the same complaints.) We asked to break our lease early because we found a really nice rental that would be more suitable for our growing family and they wouldnt allow that without paying an arm and a leg.
(My husband has been a tenant here for 7+ years) Instead they waited for us to go month to month (and the housing market is completely nuts right now if you havent been paying attention) to serve us with notice to vacate papers.. wow, right?
As for the remodeled units, theyre slapping lipstick on a pig (or I recommend checking out the childrens movie Matilda. This is the Wormwood Autos of apartment buildings.) We asked for a ONE WEEK credit since its been months of agony dealing with the ac and heater ALSO considering their staff seems to be our part time roommates at this point obviously they said theyre not issuing credits at the moment. Believe it or not, this is only half of what Ive had to deal with living in this building but Ive wasted enough time on this place so Im going up stop here. Cheers.

Very bad experience. Two days after my daughter put in a security deposit of $1600, she read the lease and then sent an email to the leasing consultant with a few questions. The leasing consultant never responded to her email. My daughter tried multiple times in the following days and never got one single response. She eventually sent an email expressing that she was not comfortable signing the lease given that the leasing consultant was unresponsive and her questions regarding the lease were never answered. Then a response came from the company informing her that it will keep the $1600 deposit for liquidated damage. This kind of practice forces a renter to either sign the lease with questions unanswered, or let them have your entire security deposit. What a bully.
