Imperial South Apartments

Very poor management. My car was stolen in Dec last year, and just found out couple cars was broken and stolen on early Monday morning. The office didn't send any information out. Some lights on parking lot are not working and not cameras installed. You will receive couple notices from office if someone fills the unclear and not reasonable complaints.

My dad moved here and I recently visited. I felt safe, it wasn't noisy, people are friendly. The place is well kept and spacious. Outside is clean too, only saw a rabbit.

Just know that if you wind up with loud, disruptive, or otherwise problematic neighbors, NOTHING will be done about it. We are dealing with 3:00am screaming fights that last for 10 minutes or more, fights in the hallway, repeated slamming of doors all hours of the day and night, and excessive marijuana use to the point that the entire first floor reeks strongly of smoke. The people causing this are in direct violation of the lease, which I have pointed out to management. Management's suggestion? WE should move.

My girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment near the University of Rochester and found Imperial South. The staff, especially Tangie, were really helpful and patient providing the information and answering our questions. Although we did not choose to stay at Imperial South because of our preference of having central AC and a balcony, I would like to recommend anyone who is looking for a place to consider Imperial South.

Imperial South was a great place to live for the 3 years my wife and I called it home. Tangie and the entire staff are great and attend to concerns near immediately. We were so impressed with the staff that we decided to move to another Tri-City property, because they make the transition super easy and help with the entire process. The walls are a tad thin, but if you have respectful neighbors it isn't really that bad, and most residents are. The snow is always taken care of, the property itself looks great, and the central location is amazing for students and employees of U of R or Highland. There is a grocery store right around the corner, and Pizza Wizard is within delivery range, so all is well. Give Tangie and the crew a shout and you won't be disappointed!
