Looks much bigger from the outside then it was inside. Also not meant for children I would say under 5.

I booked a party here for my son the gym part of it was fun and our party helper was great I dont recall her name. When we went upstairs for pizza and cake I had 11 boys who wanted to go back downstairs I asked to pay for more time for all of them and Team lead Max said no we have to clean up we close soon if I had known upfront we would be stuck in a party room for 45 minutes with 11 boys I wouldnt have booked. Then the one and only time Max came upstairs he awkwardly cornered 2 of the party guests and said which one of you got piss all over my toilet definitely concerning he didnt talk to an adult first and he pulled 2 kids to the side and awkwardly talked to them in front of all their friends. After the party ended I asked him why he didnt come to me first as Im responsible for these kids while theyre in my care he told me he felt he needed to address it with them. Overall the kids had fun and 2 of the 3 staff members were great. Definitely wouldnt go back though.

I can't believe the unprofessionism that
we just experienced in this facility
tonight. The "staff" was not welcoming,
rude and impatient, especially "Coach
Max". The excuse that was given was
' we're understaffed ". Unfortunately
that has nothing to do with a paying
customer. I believe you should always
be ready at all times in any business,
especially one of this nature. The kids
were treated unkind and spoken rudely
too. I even witnessed some of the staff
"pushing the kids out of the way". I tried
to speak to Coach Max about my
concerns ( many of them) afterwards
BUT he brushed me off in a VERY RUDE
and UNPROFESSIONAL way. I will not
be silent until I speak directly to the
owner about my experience. I'm VERY
VERY OFFENDED AND DISAPPOINTED
In return, we may never step foot in this
facility again!
