After calling and talking with the answering service Chuck called back within 10 mins and was over to our house within 30 mins. We had a problem with our furnace turning on but not igniting on one of the coldest nights of the year. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and had our heat back on! He even came back the next day with a replacement part so we wouldn't run into the same problem in the future. Chuck Harris' Metro Heating & Cooling did a great job installing a new Rheem furnace & AC in my home in Brighton. Chuck is honest and very knowledgeable in explaining how everything works and recommending the best units for my application. He left the property clean and his work is neat. I am very comfortable in recommending Metro H&C to friends and I've already done so to one living in Fairport. My friend had Metro replace a heat pump system with a new Rheem system. In addition to a upgrading her system, Chuck made the necessary adjusts with the duct work to get a more even distribution of air throughout the entire house, especially the 2nd floor, which made every room much more comfortable than what the previous unit provided. Metro's pricing is very reasonable and Chuck will not sell you something that you don't really need. I will certainly call Metro for future installations. This is a small family owned and managed heating and A/C contractor.  When you deal with Chuck Harris you are dealing with the owner and it is his work and reputation on the line.  I cannot say enough about him and his company.  He is knowledgeable, capable and professional.  His prices are competitive and the quality of his work is top notch.  He delivers on his promises and shows up and finishes on time.  NO Muss - NO fuss!  I have used various HVAC contractors over the years and this company is a rare find. I have recommended Metro Heating to clients and friends and I will continue to do so.
