        Only two tellers and two customer service reps working at a vet very busy branch que system does not work and waited online for 25 mins just to be told that customer service was no longer helping customers for the day. Absolutely outrageous.

        The manager is very unprofessional, said she would call me within in 2 hours, it's now 3 days later. Tellers are very courteous, they need to get rid of manager
