In mid 2020 I was referred to Thomas when I started house hunting and needed a mortgage. Friends who were also looking, immediately recommended Thomas. I called him on a Saturday morning to discuss a mortgage for a home I wanted to make an offer for. He called me back 20 minutes later. Asked several questions from him, I sent him all of my financials, etc. Within an hour he phoned back and said he was sending me a pre-approval letter to use for my offer. It took nearly 1 1/2 years to finally find a home and have an accepted offer. Thomas has been there with me every step of the way. As a senior citizen and first time buyer I had lots of questions and Thomas answered all of them and always had great advice.
