        You should fix your wonky app. Have had nothing but problems on and off for months and reported this a long time ago. It actually locks me out of my own accounts. Rep acknowledged there was a problem but obviously never fixed. Ill be switching banks as this is not acceptable. This is not specific to the Rhinebeck branch but to the company in general.

        Big blunder! Federal credit bureau shutted down my credit card regarding my clean reputation that I end up an innocent victim of identity theft and someone out there is destroying my reputation and all those incidents was not me!

      Melissa, we apologize that you are experiencing issues with our mobile banking app and that you have gotten locked out from your accounts. We have shared this feedback with our management team. Our staff may have already suggested this, but if you have not tried this already, you could uninstall the app and then reinstall it to see if that addresses any of the login issues. Our Contact Center staff should be able to help troubleshoot issues for you with additional info like your mobile device model, etc. They are available through Live Chat on our website at hvcu.org. We apologize again that you have had issues with our app.
