I worked with Eric about a year ago in quoting out a bunch of a work on a large house project. He was a true pleasure to work with. Very professional and respectful. Also very knowledgeable. Homeowner didn't end up moving forward on the project so we never did the install. I would recommend Eric @ Natural Energy Solutions to anyone looking for an HVAC or radiant contractor.

Called for an install for a $8000+ replacement for a one ton air conditioner for part of my house.  Never showed up or called to cancel.  They were nice enough on the phone,  hence the three stars.  I will review the HVAC contractor that does the install with pics. So far, five other contractors have showed and gave  detailed, written estimates. One even gave  the above with an outline of the job to be performed.

I had been searching for someone to service my geothermal heating/cooling system about a year and a half ago.  In my search came across Natural Energy Solutions.  I called and spoke with Eric, the owner, and set up an appointment.  I had spoken to several other companies who said they would service/repair the system but I would have to wait up to a month for them to come. Eric said he could come within a week.  He arrived when he said he would and repaired what needed to be done and charged what he said he would charge.  I have been using Natural Energy Solutions for over a year and each time I have contacted Eric he responds quickly and arrives when he says or, if there is a problem, he contacts me to let me know he will be late or needs to re-schedule.  Eric is honest, knowledgable and skilled.  I highly recommend Natural Energy Solutions for any sustainable energy needs you have: Geothermal, Wind, Solar.

I recently had an opportunity to deal with Natural Energy Solutions, of Red Hook, NY. It was an absolutely one-off the most pleasant business dealings I have ever had. The young man who owns the company is an ardent believer of just that ----natural energy solutions. He installed a geothermal system for me. It was done in a timely manner with the highest degree of professionalism. His work ethic is superior as the area was left ina much cleaner condition than he found it. I look forward to our continuing relationship as who knows, maybe solar power is in the future !! I would highly recommend to anyone thinking along the line of natural energy solutions-----TALK TO ERIC FIRST !!!!!

I recently had an opportunity to deal with Natural Energy Solutions. They installed a Geothermal heating system in my home.  It was a quick and highly professional operation.  The company is owned and operated by a young man who thoughly believes in natural energy solutions.  I look forward to a continuing relationship as Eric Maskell does more than just install heating and cooling systems.  He appears to have great experience with solar energy systems.  His work ethic is refreshing in today's world.
