So far, in year #2 of my history as a Bottini customer, I can say that I've had nothing but fair pricing, prompt responses, and great customer service. I've read a number of negative reviews about Bottini, but have had a very positive experience so far. I chose them when I moved to my new residence in Staatsburg 16 months ago because John spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining their service delivery and oil purchasing contract options. I felt fully informed. Calling around to three other companies convinced me they had the greatest variety of oil delivery and boiler service options, and the best pricing tiers. I've since had 3 service calls on my boiler- all by competent technicians. Oil delivery has been great. Office staff has been polite and knowledgeable. I recommend Bottini.

they wanted the chargne me triple the cost to buy and install a hot water heater be warned they are not choosing good practices as a business on that front. and tried to tell me i needed to change my boiler when there is nothing wrong with it per 3 other plumbers.

Bottini techs and staff were responsive during the recent cold snap. Spent a good deal of time diagnosing furnace issues and replacing parts - covered in the service plan.
