        Regarding my visit on March 27th for a sore throat. The office was understaffed and very busy and Mechia who normally works the front desk was also running back and forth to help the doctor because your office was understaffed. Mechia should be commended for doing multiple jobs and still maintaining and wonderful helpful and pleasant attitude. She is a great asset to your office. You folks really need to get more help. The doctor on staff also did an excellant job and took the time to explain my issue with me. Joe

        I was hesitant to use urgent care, but I am so glad I did. Nuvance Urgent Care in Spackenkill is caring, efficient, very competent and professional . I highly recommend, and am relieved to know it is nearby.
