I just left from this location and had a really good experience. Every staff person as well as the doctor were friendly and helpful. I arrived at 8am and was seen by 8:25am after I had filled out the paperwork. The doctor saw me within 5 minutes after my vitals were checked. She validated all my concerns and was able to diagnose the problem and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. A great resource!

If you go here for sore throat by all means. I made a mistake of coming again after a bad first visit and the second one was even worse. The woman is not a doctor, perhaps a nurse practitioner, she misdiagnosed my gout and sent me home without medication.

I never post reviews, but Im beyond fed up. Im not sure what happened to them. They use to be good, but now they are extremely unorganized and dont know how to care for patients. I went in for multiple tests and they forgot about me while I was in the exam room. The doctor told me results would be in the next morning and when I finally got someone on the phone, they said it would be 48 hours. Im still sick, with a sick infant, and its been over 48 hours and I still havent received results. When I call, nobody answers the phone. This is ridiculous. Be better.

Everyone is so kind at this urgent care. I didn't have to wait long and the nurse was super friendly and put me at ease. Great experience.
