Ray came to my dwelling and gave a very detailed explanation of the HVAC system, and issues. Said he would write up a report containing that information. He seemed knowledgeable and I thought everything went well. He took my money and left. I reached out several times over the course of the next few weeks, and was told I would receive the letter soon. What I finally received was two sentences, containing none of the information provided to me in the appointment. He texted me to ask if the letter was ok to which I responded it was not what I was expecting. I never heard from him again.
