Incompetent and unreliable. Galo installed the wrong gas nozzles and caused a fire inside the heater. Installed the return in the basement when it should have been in the main part of the house. Left wall openings to the outside unsealed. I had to higher another company to clean and fix my brand new heater installed by Galo. He comes across as a nice guy, but lies about coming back to fix issues.
