My appointment was canceled twice. Waited 6 month months for the appointment. The day of the appointment I showed up they told me I have to wait 30 minutes. I waited one hour still three people were waiting ahead of me.. other people were mad and left. They offered me reschedule which is 30 days after. customer service is horrible. You are lucky if you can hold anyone by phone. They would not pick up the phone. You will have to left voicemail but they will never return your call. Dont waste your time going there!

Such a disappointment. First, I got rescheduled. Then the doctor wasnt in so I had to come again. Then they had to send an authorization to my insurance. Called insurance - no authorization was received. Called Beacon office, the receptionist said shell call back the next day (she was working out of the PK office the next day) - no call back was received. And now several calls with no answer, left a vm no call back AGAIN. Such a shame, I was really looking forward working with the dentist in PK office, he seemed really nice. Guess Ill have to find another place. Such a waste of time and insurance money!

I started the process of getting my full denture on the top and partial on the bottom since January and we are now going into June and still no teeth. I am very unhappy with Tru dental and I wish that I could go somewhere else

Ive been going here for yearssssssss and today I finally went off and walked out. Terrible service. Always short staffed. Cancelling appointments without notification and whoever is at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. Billing is ALWAYS messed up. They legit told me they only have a dentist in there ONCE A WEEK. Absolutely horrible place. They need to just close at this point.

Its Just awful!! My son has had 5 appointments to have his teeth done cancelled in a row from the Poughkeepsie location, as to where as I had to transfer him to another dentist. This is absolutely horrible for anyone to have to deal with! I would NOT recommend this place at all.
