Associates are super unhelpful. I asked for help picking g a screwdriver and the associate said hed get someone else and then stood around for 20 minutes waiting and no one showed up. I also asked for help finding someone and had to ask 3 people before someone helped me get it

The middle age Jamaican man in the paint section is more concerned with his music career than the job that is currently paying him. He was on FaceTime for 10 minutes whilst drinking a vanilla shake before I had to approach him for help. In the meantime I had picked out a can of paint to use. He rudely told me it was wrong and eventually went to pick up the right can of paint, his palm never leaving the call. The entire time this man was talking about his music career, all the backyard opportunities he was receiving; i heard about a concert that an artist didnt show up to, and other opportunities he has coming up. He was on that call for over 30 minutes. YallI just. Mind you, Im hearing this while hes not attending me or the other person who has now joined the queue. It takes another much more elderly employee to come in and help as this far more able bodied man could not be bothered. When it finally got my paint from him I had to ask for the spout to which he condescendingly answers if I must. I go to different Home Depots in the tri state for various projects but this, by and far, takes the cake. He also had a customer follow him to his car to listen to his demo. Its Portchester yall. Make it make sense.
