        I wish I could give no stars. We went to return a formula. Ok fine they can't take it. But at least give store credit. You know how expensive formula is. Stupid store policy. The manger said sorry. Sorry nothing! Very inconsiderate. The worst! The reason why we return the formula is because our son is allergic to soy. It was open but we did not use it. All the manger said sorry! Like if she cared.

        Disappointed in this store.  Lots of choices and well laid out, but little or no assistance on the floor due to minimal staff.   They had the one person handling the check out as well as trying to help with customer service out on the floor. What should have taken 15 to 20 minutes or less, took over an hour.  Lastly, they don't even provide customers with a bag for the items purchased.  Would not recomend this to anyone.PS:  Baby furniture seems to be overpriced.

        Just finished our first trip to any baby stores and I cant not commend Rafael for the incredible service. He claimed to be new but his product knowledge was off the charts. Were sold and will be back.

        UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS!!! I checked online AND called to make sure they were still open - they said they closed at 8 i get to the store and sign says they are closed at 6. If youre going to change your hours update it accordingly.
