Store did look cobbled together, but still provided a good shopping experience. Prices are decent and wasnt very busy.

Went to this location to view a stroller Ive been eyeing for a few weeks. As a first time Mom to Be, I want every bell and whistle for this baby. Marc assisted in educating me about the safety features, ease of use, and to be honest every other detail I didnt know I need to know. Really grateful he helped me out because I can now make educated decisions about the stroller, car seat, bassinet and more Marc, youre a Rockstar! Thank you so much!

It was my first time to visit this store. I'm a mom to be and i created my own baby registry online. I have added several items on it before i visited the store. I got into the store to request a free goody bag. The women who works at baby registry section she was saying she can't provide it to me. Since I only have a few items on my registry. I must add at least 33 items to my baby registry, then she will be able to give a goody bag to me. She has no patience with potential customers. And too lazy to explain this information. KAITLYN AND KRISTEN ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND LEFT ME THREATENING VOICE MESSAGES. They accused me and my wife of stealing a crib when they forgot to change us for it ( we paid by credit card and were not paying attention to exactly what we were charged for ) We went in they charged us for one crib when we wanted two ( we were unaware of this and told them that we would check with our credit card company because we did not have the receipt). They called me the next day and told me that I have to pay for the second crib when I pick them up. When I arrived to pick them up I told the woman who was helping me that I needed to pay for the second one. She told me that both were paid for and they loaded them into my trick and I went on my way. The next day (Saturday) they called again nasty, rude, and unprofessional by accusing me of stealing. I told them i would check with my bank. Banks are closed early Saturday and all day Sunday. They called me Monday morning telling me they are going to take further action against me. Very unprofessional. There mistake turned into me feeling like/accused of doing something wrong. Dont shop here its not worth it. They will harass, threaten, and abuse you.
