I only had a phone call with this place. I was referred here by Hank Mays in Port Chester. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone at length was knowledgeable and honest. He ended up steering me away from an expensive repair and told me what he would do if it was his car. I appreciate his honesty and sound advice! Edit: finally went here and had first hand experience with these guys. Terrific shop, had a car that needed timing belt, water pump, tensioners replaced at 100+k miles. They came highly recommended by the guys that I usually see (Hank and Mays across the street). Dealing with Serafino was so easy and service was prompt. The price was also incredible compared to the stealership!
