Zero stars! This company was of NO help whatsoever and wasted my time for several weeks. I needed a key cut and programmed and was told by their representative they could take care of everything. I stopped by their place of business and was told that all the equipment was in the field, come back Saturday morning. I called again, that week, they tried to reach the manager who was not available. Took my number, no call backed. When I called again to confirm they told me their software was undergoing an "update", it would be ready by Monday and they'd call me. No call. So I called again Wednesday and was told it was still updating. They'd get back to me. Again, no call. I called again that Friday and was told the equipment needed to program and cut the key would be around the shop Saturday morning before the truck left. I asked "what time did the truck leave the shop?" and told it leaves between 9 and 10:30am so I should call before coming. In other words- maybe the truck will be here and maybe it won't. I called again later that day and was placed on hold so he could confirm things with his manager. He came back on the line, only to be told they couldn't cut the key. So one drive 45 minutes and 5 calls, and 3 weeks later, the only thing they were able to do is waste my time.
