AVOID!! Locksmith Spring Branch did NOT provide a quote prior to rendering services and charged me $516 for a trailer hitch lock drill-out. I contacted the owner to question why I was charged so much for a simple drill out and was offered an $89 refund, which I have yet to receive. This business is in violation of the Texas Deception Trade Practices Act and should be avoided at all costs. After this experience, I contacted 4 other local locksmith businesses and was quotes between $79 and $179 for the same service at the same location on the same date. Locksmith Spring Branch is deceptive and unreasonable in their business operations. Additionally, clearly they are deceptive in their Google reviews and should be investigated by Google for fraudulent 5* postings to inflate their actual rating. I reported them to the Texas Attorney General (which is a fast and easy process) and suggest anyone else who was charged way more than expected do the same.

They got it open but they charged us 318.00 after being quoted 150 to 200. When questioned on the much higher amount he said it was harder to do because of the tint on our truck. It still seems incredibly high and I feel taken advantage of. Live and learn All I can say is karma.

Called these guys out man on phone says starts at 140.00 so I said come on out to unlock our trailer 1.5 hours later man shows up unlocks the door in 30 seconds and bill goes from 140 to 574
Complete Robbery preying on people in need that have no other option

$539 just to get into my RV. He did like 5 mins of work to get in. Apparently its $399 just to do an RV. please dont use these people. Ridiculous. I wish I read the reviews. Im still in shock. Highway robbery!!!!
