Ive worked with Mark on many occasions. He always goes above and beyond to really work with sellers to help them out of whatever situation they may be in. Honesty, integrity and empathy is something very rare these days. I am glad to know someone that exemplifies these traits. 5 stars is not enough I would give him 10 if I could!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Mark came out to see the 6-generation home I needed to sell in the 19th ward of Rochester. I grew up there, my grandmother grew up there, MY children played there.The history, the memories of this 1880 homestead were swimming in my head and I was terrified of what the selling experience was going to be like. I could not keep it. He listened to my stories, appreciated the workmanship that my great-grandfather, grandfather, and mother had put into the house decade after decade. He made a more than reasonable cash offer and told me of his visions for the house. After the purchase, he sent me photos as work progressed and even gave me an opportunity to tour the house after all the updates were complete. He brought this beautiful house into the 21st century with the attention to detail that I appreciated. I smiled when I saw that he did everything he could to save and highlight the tin ceilings, gum wood trim and upstairs sleeping porch. He catered to ME, the seller. He provided me with everything I needed to part with this historic treasure with as little pain as possible. THANK YOU MARK - you are truly a wonderful man that I would recommend to ANY seller that needs to sell their home quickly with no regret. I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars.

After trying to sell my home publicly, I was not able to due to the buyer not being able to close. Feeling completely frustrated I wasn't sure who to turn it to.
