Maxwell did some work earlier this year for us (2023). He repaired an old leak that no one ever had been able to fix and he spotted the problem quickly, replaced some wind blown roof shingles, and inspected the entire roof. The man is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Look at all the 5-star reviews! Maxwell knows his stuff! Well definitely call him when we need roof work. Last week (April 1, 2024), we had our main roof replaced and the job went so smooth. It's 27 X 30 ft section and they completed it in about 3 hours from start to finish. Max is the absolute best! I am so glad we went with his company. When I called him, he picked up the phone immediately before, during and after the roof was completed. He came when he said he would and did what he said he would do. He was upfront about the price (no hidden fees and games) which is rare these days. He even noticed a lose pipe on the roof (we couldn't figure out why we had a rotten egg smell coming into our laundry room since we bought the house) , he took up the boards, fixed the pipe, and replaced the boards at no extra charge (no more smell!). He provided before and after pictures of issues he had found which left us feeling good knowing there was a real issue and that it was fixed. His crew are kind, efficient and honest. My wife accidently left her wallet on top of the roof of her car and one of the crew members saw it, knocked on the door and gave it to us. I was highly impressed with the honesty and even taking the time to make sure it was safe back in our possession. The roof is beautiful and the workmanship was on point. In addition, we now have a brand new roof and sunroof window that we have 5 years to pay at 0% and no money down. There is really no reason not to have it done.
